I have known Jeff Rosenlund for 5 years, and have been training with him for the previous 3. I have been dedicated at the gym for the past 12 years and recently came to the conclusion that it was time to reach for a personal dream of competing on stage in a natural bodybuilding competition. I Jason peter Williams wish to thank u Jeff for getting rid of my extra pounds. At the start of the year I was 140kg and now the 29th of September 2008 I am down to 86kg and I wouldn’t of been able to do it without your help. Your help at the gym and your knowledge of dieting is what has got me to this point and I cant thank u enough... in 10 months I have lost 54kgs still cant believe it. Not only have I lost over one 3rd of my total body weight but I have also halved my cholesterol to my doctor’s surprise. And delight she quoted that in her life she has only seen one other person manage to do it. I lowered my total fitness age of 56 to the last one done was 30. I cant remember the last time I have felt this good. because of this I have now been excepted in to the Air Force. I first met Jeff 9 years ago. I had earned a seat in the Australian Women 60+ team for World Outrigger Canoe Sprint Championships, and knew that in my mid 60's I was not at my fittest and strongest, however needed professional help to get there! Jeff took me on with absolute dedication to my goal, and enthusiasm! A start of a positive, effective, and best of all FUN association!
